She seamlessly balances life between New York City, Croatia, and the Hamptons, where she brings a taste of Croatia to the kitchens of the most discerning clientele.​
Blending the best of these worlds inspired her to create Anchor & Wine—a travel company dedicated to curating exceptional, food-focused sailing experiences in Croatia for discerning travelers.​
A passionate wine enthusiast, Silvia earned the WSET L3 Award in Wine Certification and continues to expand her expertise in the field.
Moving overseas didn’t mean leaving the Adriatic behind—it fueled her vision to introduce a unique concept to Croatia’s yacht charter industry, where sailing, fine wine, and gourmet cuisine come together in perfect harmony.
